Itunuoluwa Adebimpe leads Crestview’s strategy, client service and professional standards. A legal practitioner with more than a decade of experience across legal consultancy, corporate governance and regulatory advisory, she has supported public and private sector organisations through compliance reviews, contract negotiations, institutional legal restructuring and governance improvement. Her leadership anchors Crestview’s commitment to independence, confidentiality, sound judgement and commercially practical advice.

Kolade Adebimpe

Chief Product and Technology Officer

Kolade Adebimpe leads Crestview’s technology, digital transformation and AI capabilities. His experience spans digital product leadership, platform development, technology-enabled public and institutional programmes, data-informed operations and regulatory technology. At Crestview, he shapes the systems, methods and digital solutions that make verification, compliance and advisory engagements more efficient, secure and decision-ready. He also leads the firm’s technology-enabled training and responsible AI adoption work.

Gbemisola Oke leads governance and compliance support, including policy development, board advisory, compliance monitoring and ethics programmes. Her role connects regulatory expectations with practical governance structures that clients can operate and sustain.

Opeyemi Olajide oversees client onboarding, engagement coordination and administrative delivery. She supports a consistent client experience from initial enquiry through mobilisation, reporting and close-out.
